H1 Approved, Project Ended. Employer Asking To Leave & Comeback

my H1 approved, white employer. Aug lo proj over, kothadi dorakadam ledu. Ma vadu payroll run cheyadu. he's suggesting me to go to india & take vacation. malli positions unnapudu I can come back antunadu. India ki velte we wont revoke H1 antunaru. Ikkada unte we have to pay you which we cant do unless you are on project ani saying.

 

Suppose for suppose nenu India velte risk aa, leka emi prob undada? Position antha set ayyi, stamping ki vellinappudu lolli emaina avtunda?

 

Desi mestri's not coming forward to transfer H1.

Look for someone who can transfer your Visa and do marketing. 1-2 months ayyaka kooda situation change avvaka pote then go to India.
