Friend of mine applied for extension in premium >6 yrs h1b ext.. He got rfe for employer employee and education evaluation ata.. Seriously education evaluation?? So did they forget education evaluation for previous two extensions??

Looks like we need to submit Education Evaluation document every time we file H1 transfer/extension. Naku kooda RFE vachhindi employer switch ayinappudu Education evaluation document submit cheyyamani. Document submit chesaka approve ayyindi.

No he didn't.. Been working more than 7 years in same tech..employed change chesadu..but not for recent extension..

Emo mari but this sucks big time.. First place lo edu evaluation lekubda h1b ela ichado.. He did MS here in electrical engineering..scis is one heck of black hole no one knows why they do things..
