Recently ft ki transfer ayya contractor ga pani chesina taruvata client ft sponsored. Visa transfer approved. Next week start date. Ma mestri is telling me since they lost a resource they need some money or else he can file a case and I might lose the job etc ani telling. Vendor tellodu and has a great relationship with client. In fact vendor helped me in negotiations and to expedite the transition. Ippudu ela handle cheyyali ee situation. Experts advise please

1. Na one month salary + bonus vadidaggare vunnayi. Close to 7k
2. If the vendor has a non compete or some other bokkalo agreement with employer can my employer block the salary ?
