though I am not exactly in the same boat as u, I do share some of your frustration about job and life. 

if u were a lonely kaaki, may be it is okay.. but with wife and children, it is totally dfrnt bro. as a husband/father, u need to learn to put family first. 

 

whenever u get these thoughts, just think abt what happens to your family if u leave them and wander around world.

also, wife n kids antunnav kabatti, 1st get clarity on where you fu**ing want to settle and decide quickly whether it is India or US. 

And focus on family.. love them more.. dont be aimless.. set yourself small/big goals even if it is as small as learning a new tool or a music instrument. also, stay away from routine things (like db, gas andhra, etc) for a while... it will bring lot of change to your lifestyle. if u have a close frnd or a family member, talk to them abt these thoughts. it will help a lot. gud luck buddy
