Man, we have residential land(450sqyards) in (masabtank  area(sriram nagar))..very much near to banjara hills (1km) and khairatabad.Beramki pettalankuntunnam.What is the rate per sq yard? Is it better to sell or better to give for development and take apartments?

 

(4 People have to share the property and no one is willing to live in that area)

Memu 60k/yard amminamu last year, we moved to a new place, madi 180 yards.

Which quarters 3rt or 2rt quarters? 450 yard plot em levu kada akkada, my guess is 330-350 is the max?

the best thing is mere oka venture vesi as many flat as possible kattesi ammi padeyandi...and andulone manchiga okkokalu 4 flats unchukondi...rent ki rent ammesina flats ki maney ki money but 1 to 2 yrs aagaali to get the break even! ATB..btw nuvvu cheppindi manchi reseidential location ee :)

my grandpa used to work as assistant advisor (or asst secretary i don't remember much but a key role) for state secretariat in 1960's to 70's..he worked as deputy collector for many districts..inka revenue dept lo chesaru. khairatabad ki dagra untadi ani 60's lo konnaranta..

 

even chuttupakkala vallu unapde IAS officers undevarani
