lawsuit file ki uscis ichina numbers are not matching the EB2/EB3 cutoff dates number ata.. how come they missed this single point while issuing Visa Bulletin.. Lol Prolly they are gonna loose the lawsuit and have to re-instate the old oct visa bulletin..
