Chandrababu is understood to have told the ministers, at the cabinet meeting today, that he would personally invite Telangana CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao to the foundation laying ceremony of Amaravathi, AP capital city. The news comes as a pleasant surprise as both the chief ministers cannot seem to tolerate the presence of each other. The last they met was a year-and-a-half ago, when President Pranab Mukherjee arrived.
