1. Entry visa tisukovali anukuntunna for my kid, Mutiple entries for 5 years ani. is it a good option ?

 

2. Application submission in person vs mail ?

 

3. Additional particulars form, CKGS form lo " This must have signature of the minor if more than 5 years of age ; AND of BOTH the parents OR legal guardians." ani undhi. Ante vaadi meaning lo both parents sign kavali but child sign only if 5 years above ani na ? Or child 5 years above unte ne chil+parents sign cheyyali ani na ?

 

4. parents visa on passport is expired but valid i-797 form undhi is this ok for proof for legal status ?

2) If you are near to embassy ayithe veelu or priority mail is fine.

ne qn ardham kaale kaani...here is what i got..

 

ne baby ki India velladaniki visa kavali...

 

u can apply 10 yrs visa for her...visting visa vastundi ( 1 week lo vastad).. or u can apply for OCI card..whcih is like India Green Card for the child..(3-4months padtadi radaniki)

 

coiming to the applicaiton....me baby 5yrs or below unte..both parents need to sign at all the pages except on the thumb impression part..adi baby di undali..
