Friends, What documentation i need to carry for F1 extension stamping?

 

Situation is : Initial F1 visa is granted for 5 years. Masters completed. Opt completed. H1B not selected in lottery.

Joined MBA in a different college with 1st day CPT.    F1 visa expired. Now going to India.
