1. early morning 1 glass honey+lime water mix+hot water 1 glass taggu

 

then go to jogging/ better steps unte steps use cheyi

 

then after that oats tenu for tiffin

 

then oats biscuits before lunch 

 

Lunch lo fruits tenu (apple)/ less fat content foods prefer cheyi

 

Afternoon snaxs kuda light weight foods ee tinu

 

evening dinner almost nil cheyi only oats.

 

week lo 2-3 days food tinu better avoid spicy foods/non-veg.

 

Ivi anni chesta daily 8-10kms tiragali morning up 5 kms and down 5kms return to room. 

 

drink 5  lts water per day. 3 times green tea per day taggu

 

Ila cheste i can say surely 1 month lo 3-5 kg taggutavu

yup .............but you need to completely avoid Sugars ,Friedfoods and take less carbs ......probably avoid carbs in the night .............
