Employer ni 0 cheimante taxes ekkuva cut avtayi antunadu...so edo correct ???

but at the end of the day its same..carrot-carrot same money...

 

only difference..u get in Monthly Pay check if 3-3

enni ekkuva pedthe antha monthly taxes thakkuva cut avtay since it shows dependent numbers but over all year ending ki taxes lo fed n state tax withholding emi undavu since they given you maximum  and year end lo nuvve return pay cheyyalsostadi koncham,  1-1 is fine.
