On this day last year, North Andhra was shook by nature in the form of Hudhud cyclone which ravaged the land with winds and heavy rain, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. As unfortunate as it is, the aftermath saw the entire Telugu community rally together to support those affected, donating money, food, energy, quilts, and anything that would alleviate the difficulties that the cyclone had brought.

I am proud to say that our leader #NCBN led from the front to deliver a war-like effort that would bring normalcy back to the battered land and bruised spirit of the people. Going almost sleepless for 10 days, he restored not only the City of Vizag, but also revived the hope that nothing was lost, and that tomorrow will be brighter than the darkness of today.

One year on: people inspired by the leader have displayed tremendous determination and resilient spirit to bounce back, partaking in the monumental effort put in by AP government. Vizag and rest of North Andhra is back on the path to progress and prosperity.
