Start date should be before you go to India and nee dagger Employment letter kuda undali... not mandatory, but its better to have a letter from employer... Start date jan last week ki pettuko.... elago Dec 15th nunchi Jan 15th varaku job market undadu... but apply for OPT asap as it is taking more than 3 months....

agreed, @ TS - neeku nacchinantha time aada evvadoo iyyad vayya - dec 2nd week grad aithe ah grad aina date nundi 60 days max grace - means - lets say ur grad date dec 15 - ur opt start date should be feb 15th - mee dso gaad seppaledaa
