Baahubali The Conclusion Starts

Baahubali released three months back and stormed the box office, both domestic and the international one, sweeping everyone off their feet. The result? A 600 crore plus worldwide gross coming for the magnum opus. So if you've loved Baahubali-The Beginning, here's a good news for you. The filmmaker has already started working on the sequel. 

Baahubali, a mythological period drama set against the backdrop of a mythical war was planned to hit screens in two parts. While Baahubali- The Beginning released and won everyone's hearts, Baahubali-The Conclusion will be coming next year. And SS Rajamouli, the brain who spearheaded the film is now back to shooting the second instalment to the film. 

 

It was Rajamouli's birthday which went by recently and the director was seen in pictures which indicated that the planning process for Baahubali 2 is underway. We also hear that the title cast which includes Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Sathyaraj and Tamannah Bhatia will join the team from November. Meanwhile, Rajamouli is planning to shoot a major portion of the sequel with the supporting cast. 

Given that Karan Johar has now jumped on the bandwagon as a presenter for the film, stakes have sky rocketed. So has the budget. But the team need not worry. GivenBaahubali's supremely successful run at the plexes earlier this year, it won't be wrong to say that Baahubali- The Conclusion will open better at the box office. q
