Yes India economic reforms matram as PM PV ki credit ivvali but not full credit............ if thats the case then our current PM Manmohan(1991 Finance Minister) also deserves the credit......

The Congress Government was forced to open up the economy...... as they had no other options left because India was almost completely bankrupt during 1991.......

Proud to say that PV was the only Telugu person and the only man from South India who successfully completed full 5 year term.

common man will be part of the system.....however it might be

example.: india lo corruption encourage sese manam.......ikkadiki ragane........enduku COP gadiki bribe seyam.......coz of the system......not that suddenly we changed our seleves.....

if govt/system......starts taking stern actions .then ppl will start to be in sync with it .....how difficult it may get

example.........petrol price rice.... andaru muskoni ..........untaru...even though thats a big load on thoier pocket.......coz of the govt/system strict implementation

finally.....how the system changed coz of govt andedi positive example septa:

MODI telsuga........oka rule pettad gujrat lo................any govt employeee cant keep a file on his desk for more than 3 days..............if he keeps it then has has to answer lot of ppl with solid justification......(pain in da neck)

this mov made ppl life so easy,..bribes stopped big time .coz ppl starting to know that the aapicer cant keep the file 4 more than 3 days

Manmohan singh was also responsible for many good things while PV was PM, but if Manmohan singh gets bharath ratna its only because of beeing a puppet in hands of sonia.

Red color lo mark chesina sentence.. u said its a joke. but its going to happen. Rajiv gandhi, indira gandhi thopu politicians kaadhu. valla valla deshanaiki melu kante keede ekkuva jarigindi.  the only reason they got bharath ratna is gandhi damily members.
