Those all suck bro.......It might only work in conjunction with minoxidil, dht blocking shampoo and a dht blocker(propecia or saw palmetto)....i dont recommend propecia

One tip baa...the doctor told me skip the protein shake that contains whey isolate....and asked me to take whey concentrate instead
