Even if you have approved I-140 on EB2 or h1B or OPTEAD sign this. because of EB1C abuse India EB2 is still stuck 2006 -- 9 years...now it is more 12 years wait... in future it can become 15 or 20 years wait for EB2. http://www.petition2congress.com/6398/stop-eb1-c-abuse-fraudulent-filing/
