It will at least will cut down the percentage or slow down the process.. how come suddenly companies needed 15,000 managers every year ?? This is a huge scam. Naa friend okadu never completed BTech but brought fake certificates from Kurukshetra University. Got into Infy, worked for one year in Singapore on some on site and came to US in 2014. Currently he has a GC, nenu 10 years nunchi ikkada MS chesi beating.

But one thing is for sure. you need 1 year overseas manager experience. no labor nothing...rules can be bent.. there is huge scope...
