Amazon.com [amazon.com] currently offers a credit for $10 off when you set your 1-Click payment method using your discover card. There is no link as such for this offer. I used my phone to access amazon, saw the promotion offer and used it right away.

I have seen such offers for citi customers, first time seeing for discover.

It appears in you home page for Amazon.com. Screen capture as seen in my phone

PLEASE READ as the steps may have changed.

Here's the instruction/code:

1. Go to http://amazon.com/access with Chrome or Firefox. Make sure FireFox adblock plus is disabled!
2. Right Click on the single ad and select inspect element. (If you see two ads, right click on the bottom one)

a) on chrome, Ctrl+F search for mobile-ad
B) on FF, Ctrl+F search for #mobile-ad
