really the advantage you get is growth will be crazy fast and might take you to bigger position leading teams in no time ofcourse depends on how fast the company grows

second, if it gets acquired by microsoft or other companies who are burning their arses in these field will rain you money based on stocks 

third, augmented reality is some crazy fun..i just worked on creating a dragon...having exp in such a filed makes u special when u get out of the company
