I am in the same boat Chitti. Both full time jobs, the new offer is better pay, better firm better chances to grow and non-desi. But a lot of people have been suggesting me to avoid it as much as possible coz of my approved i140. So I am almost ready to tell the new employer to either start the GC process in the first month or forget it. Coz end of the day, 1)if he starts GC late or 2)he starts early but if I get RFE and meantime if my PD date becomes current or if I get AOS chance then I will have to start from zero again.

2011 nadustundhi kada bhayya..1.5 years lo ( assuming that is the time it takes for the new 140 approval) nee patha I140 date vastundha? . Nadhi 2013 April and I am in the same boat as you. I am not sure how fast the numbers will move from now on.. 

 

Seems like a good opportunity and I would take it if I were you.. Also, H4 EAD ki impact em undadu kada.. as long as you have a I140 ( Assuming your previous employer will not revoke).
