Please someone let me know if you guys have faced any of these situations or your friends faced it.

 

MTR apply chesinanka project aipothe or project change aithe endi paristhithi. Endukante naadi next month last ayyelaga undi paristhithi em ardam aithaledu..

 

Applied in Aug 2015 and don't know how long should i wait. Please post some suggestions or advices.. Thanks in advance!!

MTR eeni rojulyuu padtundhi cheppa lemu..I dotn want to discourage u on this.MTR ki narrow chances vuntaii.SOme times varies with case by case..On wt grounds they denied ur petition..

Naaadi end client documentation sariga ledu ani denied. First la client letter pettale ma client ivanu annaru. Then after denial i stressed on the client and job vadilestha RFE padadi annanu endukante denied ante they right away fire me kada anduke atla cheppi Client letter theskoni submitted again.. Hopes unnayi ekkado 1% anthe.

MTR ayyaka neeku approval vaste assala tension ledu...MTR chesaka malli rfe padithe appudu aah doc lo malli mention cheyyali that during this period nuvvu vere chota join ayyav ani...bench meeda vunte mee lawyer ela case handle cheyyagalanu ante ala cheyyatame...

 

naaku telisina vaallaki mtr meeda rfe padi daaniki wait chestunnaru... tanaki last denial ...yee year Jan lo mtr... monna oka 2 weeks back rfe padindi... daaniki replied... ante almost 1 year duration anuko...(friend anni regular processing)...yee year kooda H 1 filed kaani lottery lo biscuited...

depending on complexity MTR takes 1 month to 12 months.

As per uscis it's 90 days.

 

I think we can open SR if MTR takes more than 90 days.

1st H1 pick ayyindhi but denied the he filed MTR ,  then job ayipoindhi then joined a college, after 1 year approved , then he come back from college then got the job now

H1b pick aindi but denied so applied for MTR on Aug 10th waiting for response... So as per you i have to raise a SR after Nov 10th or so.

Hello mama... same situation ....appatlo nadi kuda.....neku inkoka 1 month lo ayipoyina paravaledu.....but vadu ne case meda work chesetappudu ....emaina xtra documents malla adigithene problem.....u can change the job ....ee MTR h1 approve ayipothe ....malla ammendment cheyinchocchu....NP

 

as it is ...shame 2 shame.... situation ....nadi ... 2 years back....kabatti ...dont loose the hopes...
