If AP had the right to tax income, center ni adagaalsina avasaram undadhu CBN ki. so aduguthunnadu. agreed. industries pollute chestaayi, and better to have them away from where people concentrate. but you forget the reason why people concentrate in a place is because of industries. Okay may be, IT hotspots like bangalore, hyderabad are exceptions. so first industries ochina taravata ne, pollution gurinchi aalochinchaali. I also agree that industries in barren lands is a better idea because they don't need much water. But it is very hard to convince them to go there, if every resource is being diverted to the capital. In my opinion, the time has come for states to demand more financial freedom, so CMs of state can govern better.
