Ford_Abbai Posted October 21, 2015 Report Posted October 21, 2015 I think you are taking CBN's vision too seriously. by the time Amaravati becomes Hyderabad, Hyderabad will become Mumbai. you are also underestimating Andhra's propensity to arm bend their govt. if they have to. especially those who live in krishna district.Amaravathi doesn't need to become Hyderabad. Amaravathi region and Vijayawada is already self sufficient. The state of Andhra needs to reach to foreign investments or other private investments to seed new economy to open their gateway to new self sufficient state. All the cities in Andhra are already self sufficient but government bodies are not !!!since the income is highly centralised in Hyderabad. For example vizag railway zone earns income of 6 crores annualy but that income is being distributed over other railway zones. I am just giving example here, vizag railway is just a model. Similar way we need to build sources that generate income to keep the state running financially. If thread starter has huge concern for state of Andhra Pradesh he should point out that state was bifurcated at expense of kcr becoming cm to Telangana state and his false promise to Sonia of merging party in to congress. Both telangana and Andhra are suffering because the bifurcation are made on basis of political agenda not peoples agenda.. Over night bifurcation chesi cm ayipoyafu. Kiran kumar Reddy mothukunnadu, power issues vasthai telangana ki ani. Appudu kcr poyi curry point pettuko sannasi, memu upper states nunchi electricity konukuntam is this a problem.annadu! After becoming cm he immediately started cursing cbn stating he is the reason for power crisis!! Even some video bloggers started cursing cbn that state bifurcation power crisis is because of him..!! State bifurcate chesindhi kcr/ Sonia ..issues anni bench pina pettina kooda approve chesindhi over night vallu!!! Blame matram cbn!!!!
KeyserSoze Posted October 21, 2015 Report Posted October 21, 2015 my point is there is no need to be a world class capital right away.. there are many states in India which have amazing cities with good infrastuctures that doesnt have skyscrapers and werent built by singapore and japan with land grabbed from farmers.. the biggest investment which again was born out of scarcity is land in India.. why would you give 33k acres of land in a golden plate to a private company which dont even represent India what you say benefits people and India in the long run.....but short time lo malli so called hitech cm ki individual fame ela ravali simple sacrifice ppl and their larger interests for individual political interests...idi ee politician iyina chesede kada..dheeniki thread endhuku bokka

Land pool lo vachinaa farm ki city lo exchange kinda certain yards land istunnaru within capital region. For example 1,300 square yards of land is being provided to 1 acre exchange of land? Monthly income enti ? Neeku annual compensation 50000 rupees vastudhi per acre. So over ten periods you will get 5 lakhs, which is nothing compared to 1300 square yards in residential area. monthly income farmers ki kaadu .. farming land lo pani chese daily labourers ki.. 33k acres lo chala mandi livlihood adhe.. now that they took away that.. govt made it a point to convince that it will pay 2500 fro each laborer per month ani.. not a single person recieved it ani article lo clear ga raasi undi

They either take lease from farm owners or work for monthly salary with the farm owners. They are not loosing jobs? They always have option to take lease and work on any farm land other than the capital land of 33000 acres. Once polavaram completed we can make other farm.lands in rayalaseema draught areas minimum cultivable.

The people who should be worried about this capital are not the people/farmers in krishna districts. They will be overwhelming beneficiaries of the capital. The rest of the state should be worried though.

Forget KCR, Forget Hyd, Andhra is now a separate state. Who do you think will be affected if Amaravati really turns out to be what CBN claims it would?
