if you are into photography, buy a used DSLR body, make sure its full-frame so you get better quality pictures.

 

then go buy used lens. plenty of sites available. chose the one where you can meet the seller and inspect the lens before you buy it. Several kinds of lenses available, some may be incompatible with the body you purchased.

 

don't buy new DSLR, if you are an amateur.

I think people who compare mobile cameras to DSLR's are not too much into photography.
