nenu oka hotel recept chesi reimbursment ki pampa maa company ki..... vallu hotel ki chesthe, thats not a valid recpt ante naa paristhithi enti.. jarigindha evarikaina.. vallaki doubt vachindi ahh rcpt chusi.... almost 5days in hotel, 750

first - hotel vallu disclose cheyyaru man customer details even if your company called.............

 

Second- make sure you put original receipt for reimbursement. you need to take photo of receipt with your mobile and then send it for claim. this way it is 100% guaranteed to get reimbursed.

call the hotel . name, date of stay & last 4 digits of credit card lantivi adugutharu. valla data base lo eppatiki untundhi nuvvu stay chesinattu so they can send you a copy of bill :) :)

usual gaa konni  hotels ki phone chesi confirmation number & name chepthe bill forward chesesthaaru. nuvvu ichina receipt lo confirmation number untundhi kadha vaadu hotel ki phone chesi adigithe vaadu ledhu annadu ante then problem avvochu. it all depends on the person who is working at front desk of that hotel. i guess you cant do anything right now keep calm & hope for the best.  endhukaina manchidi copy of the receipt kavali ani hotel ki call chesi receipt mail cheyyamanu. evaranna call chesi naa stay details gurinchi adigithe reveal cheyyodu ani cheppu. may be that will increase odds in your favour.
