I have been with my employer from the past 4+ years, now ma client FT offer chesaaru. maa employer gaadu emo i can't release to the client, its against my policy tokka tota kura antunnadu. You can go but naa nunchi em support or documents expect cheyyadhu antunnadu like experince letter. 

 

Will it be an issue for me in future while fling GC, if I dont have experince letter from him. assalu em em documents kaavali vadi daggra nunchi nenu vellipoyaka? Anyone faced this situation ?
