timmy Posted October 22, 2015 Author Report Posted October 22, 2015 PM Narendra Modi has attended as the chief guest for the foundation laying ceremony of AP capital Amaravati and many thought and expected that he would be making few special announcements towards the capital and also to the state of Andhra Pradesh. But Modi did not even mention about the special status which was announced by former PM Manmohan Singh in the Parliament during bifurcation. YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy who boycotted the foundation ceremony has written an open letter to the media asking the people to express the resentment over this issue tomorrow.
