xxxmen Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 Don't use long sentences. Don't use words you just looked up a dictionary. keep it short and to the point. people don't care as long as they can understand. But spellcheck and check for basic grammar before you hit send.
k2s Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 see the pattern of emails sent by people (Pick good emails).. see how they are communicating... ala ala melliga vachestundi... communication by writing is always tricky and toughest..communicator chats are worst.. so try to perceive it as how others would read it (understand it). That will help you to write better. Proof Read the emails before sending. i feel... writing skills are simply a reflection of your language skills combined with a mix of story-telling and portraying skills.... writing skills improve cheyali ante, firstly one had to be well read ani na feeling... mails etc rasetappudu you should not be at a loss of words to correctly explain what you intend to convey....chala sarlu the cause of this is limited knowledge of english verbiage which results in searching for alternate words that ends up in either not being able to convey effeciently or even or sometimes even results in miscommunication read wide variety of literature .... papers...websites...different styles of writing etc try to learn one or two new words daily and try to incorporate in your daily life when possible... ila melliga words nerchukuntu implement chesthu konni rojulalo ilanti threads vese stage nunchi reply iche stage ki velthav... ATB in the first shot don't go for tricky words or flowery vocab.. try to make it simple and understandable... kontha mandi flowery emails rastaru.. thats just show off.. all of your audience should understand the content that should be your intent.. once you start writing it in a simple and understandable way.. you can keep on adding more adjectives, idioms and phrases.. if you don't understand any words in email try to google it.. its better to confirm the meaning rather than assuming it before your reply..
