Ofcourse 65 not equal to 70 The cops can't write tickets for +5 in case of 65 because it gets easily challenged in court.. The reason is the error of instrument will be 5% then.. One can argue that.. Cops dont take trouble with that speed.. Just imagine if everyone goes 65 perfectly.. Unbelievable scenario.. Then how will one overtake?
