The reason is the error of instrument will be 5% then.. One can argue that.. Cops dont take trouble with that speed.. Just imagine if everyone goes 65 perfectly.. Unbelievable scenario.. So can the get the amount on the tkt ani adugu. sometimes they might be able to say the amount since ur out of state. When you are behind the wheel, think about reason why speed limits posted. somebody either your parents or friends think about you all the time. You might ask how many getting caught or effecting due to speeding? Even that number is less, ones you affected it causes 100% affect on you. P.S: All, if you need speed driving go to speed tracks. almost in every state there is one. you can drive as much as you need.
