Living in present moment .. Meditation chesetapppudu u have see thoughts going by.. U should not react to them .. U see things go by .. Not react .. that will improve your patience in life ... Where ever you are what ever you do ..just concentrate on that thing live in that moment ..that is also meditation.. Listen to a song simply concentrate on lyrics... Don't allow any other thoughts..
