Pulte constructions baaguntadi...first thing is oka desi realtor ni pettuko and upon closing neeku 1 or 1.5% return vachelaa matladuko. Next is Go with Pulte mortgage cuz when you go with pulte mortgage they will give you 2k-4k towards your closing costs. Closing costs depend on your state/city/county bla bla..so avi enta avutaayo kannukko. Costs antaava it depends on your upgrades....vaadu ichina basic meeda manam oka 50-80K vesukovaali. I'd say after closing...hire a handy man or contractors from craiglist who can do all the stuff you are looking for... Like basement finishing/doors/ hardwood floors etc etc... It will be much cheaper

realtor ledu... yeah nuvvu cheppindhi making sense. I got it. oh anduke anukunta, vaadu kuda if u dont work with any realtors and middle guys and directly working with us only and even get finance from us only,  then we can work on some other compensations at a later point ani annadu... like few upgrades n appliances will be on the house etc etc ani...
