if you decide to get a private electrician make sure that he is licensed and does things according to the State and county codes..

 

Also, make sure that you shop around for a good mortgage..the mortgage given by the builder might not be necessarily the best one. you might get some benefit while closing but over the years you might pay more..check for mortgages

like wells fargo, dcu, penfed, chase etc..they will all do credit checks..but if you do all these in short span of time it will not affect the score much..

oka home mortgage vaadu told like this... just for idea, did not run any credit checks. 

 

480K with 45K down pay n 1st home kabatti, you need to take 2 mortgages

1st mortgage for 415K and

2nd mortgage for 65K 

 

since you might not get everything approved in a single mortgage for 480K ani annadu... 

 

but naaku ardam kaanidi enti ante... asala only 415K loan aa approve avvachu ani malli 65K 2nd loan approve avuthundi antadu enti?? koncham evarayina ala teesukunte clarity pls....
