Next is Go with Pulte mortgage cuz when you go with pulte mortgage they will give you 2k-4k towards your closing costs. Closing costs depend on your state/city/county bla bla..so avi enta avutaayo kannukko. Costs antaava it depends on your upgrades....vaadu ichina basic meeda manam oka 50-80K vesukovaali. I'd say after closing...hire a handy man or contractors from craiglist who can do all the stuff you are looking for... Like basement finishing/doors/ hardwood floors etc etc... Monthly Payment ( Bank Payment + HOA + County Taxes + Home Owners Insurance ) Your monthly payment is $400-$800 + Bank Mortgage. Nee price paranga choosthe you might be looking at $2100-$2500 depending upon the taxes. 2. Konni sarlu lawn maintanance/lawn mowing is included in HOA. If not add $100-$200 for that. Lawn mowing is only during spring/summer. Winter lo mowing is not needed. 3. Utilities- Water/Sewer + Power + Gas + Internet should be around $350-$500. 4. Kotha illu antunnav kabatti repairs antaga raavu. But it's a house, so be prepared for anything that might come up.
