1st question: Nenu employer maarutunnapudu kotta employer GC chayyadaniki time teeskuntaadu kada (atleast a year or so) so e period neenu pelli cheskunte H4 EAD file chayyacha ma spouse ki with out any issue? 

2d question:na priority dat 2013 so neenu employer maarinappudu kotta employer 140 approval ayye loopu date current avte na paristi enti? do i loose my priority date or na kotta emploer 140 approval ayyaka default ga EAD vachestunda?

1st question : u can file H4 EAD irrespective of whether your current employer is the one who filed ur 140 or not....as long as he doesn't revoke it.

 

2nd question: no idea

1st one, revoke/withdraw chesestaru man employer vellipoyaka. so he has to wait till next i140 approval with new employer in order to apply for H4 EAD to his wife.

 

2nd Q ki nenu already answer icha, suppose date current ayithe kotha employer tho perm/labor approve avvagane  i140 and 485 concurrent filing cheyochu oke sari. 

 

 

In both cases above, make sure your new employer starts your GC within 6 months after joined and file under EB2.

Actually naadi tella valla company lo fulltime so i dont think they will revoke. i will leave in good terms. new employer again a tella company full time  vellina 3-6 months lo GC start chesta annaru so thinking whether it is a wise move

naa 1st emp revoke cheyyadu... thats for sure. But 2nd company is a big one... so eb2 lo chesthunda leda annadi doubt... eb3 lo cheysina if we can use the same date then i wanna move.

Employer vellipothe as per rules i140 withdraw cheseyali and thella companies rules 200% follow avtay.
