I am sleeping 6-7 hrs a day. But disturbed sleep untundi guys talking in sleep(Told by m friend one day) and most of the time bad dreams.Sudden ga I get up from sleep. I live alone so i am thinking its because of the loneliness. Any one else experience this in USA mainly ?............silly ga undachu but serious question

nenu ontarigaane vuintunna bhayya..but naaku kalalu raavu..vachina antaga gurtu vundav..

 

daily oka 1 hr full work out cheyyi..full ga alisipovali..

 

appudu manchiga nidra vastadi..inka no kalalu

day mottam lo nuvvu enta alisipoyav ane daani meeda nee nidra aadarapadi vuntadi..

 

so ekkuva alisipo..appudu kalalu raavu

After work hit the gym and workout or play any sport like tennis or racquet ball...have dinner at the right time... Call or FaceTime your loved ones then hit the sack... I'm sure you will have a good sleep... Don't think so much buddy life is all good...

sounds good man...try chestha...but lot of issues in office and life.....so nyt koncham drink esi padukuntunna...even they lot of bad dreams like office lo fire aynattu lantivi....and fights with some personal people lantivi

Avoid laptop and cellphones after 9 pm before you go to bed

Blue light emitted by cellphones and laptops depict blue light of morning sky..

Our brain gets wrong signal that it is already morning.

Hence you will feel and get jetlog like sleep all night.

This is problem to all people who chat on wechat during bedtime and browse with lights off and cellphones connected to charging dock
