But disturbed sleep untundi guys talking in sleep(Told by m friend one day) and most of the time bad dreams.Sudden ga I get up from sleep. I live alone so i am thinking its because of the loneliness. Any one else experience this in USA mainly ?............silly ga undachu but serious question

Call or FaceTime your loved ones then hit the sack... I'm sure you will have a good sleep... Don't think so much buddy life is all good...

Our brain gets wrong signal that it is already morning. Hence you will feel and get jetlog like sleep all night. This is problem to all people who chat on wechat during bedtime and browse with lights off and cellphones connected to charging dock
