I am in H1B.Baby will be born in IndiaWhat are the docs needed for the baby to get back to US along with mother?What are the minimum necessary docs for an infant to travel in general? Appreciate any guidance on this topic Thanks!

Appreciate any guidance on this topic Thanks! first apply for passport in regular or tatkal. 5 months approx anuko then depending on ur H1, apply for H4.

My Marriage Certificate 3. Copies of my and my wife's passport yeah docs ithe anthe... but if ur name is not there on ur wifes PP and if u and ur wife have different last names and different address, then it might cause some delays. in some cases, they might even ask for some other address proof.

Process little different anukunta... i tried in 2011, not sure it is same. oka sari passport website check cheyyi. PP ki Birth Certificate kavali... adi entha tvaraga arrange chesukunte antha manchidi. PP vachina taruvaata ds160, visa fee pay, US Visa size photos teesi dropbox lo veyyi.... 1 week lo vastundi.
