                                Any one know about the Bills in USA ,after passing the bill how long it takes to come effective

We do not have proper Bill document. We will not know untill it get passed.

I think it would get passed in couple of months. MS grads might get GC by the end of years.

am i day dreaming? I have spent F####g 40k dollars for this MS. At least it would help me in this way.
