Biryani oil spicy food weekly once matrame tjnali.. Pappu curries lo kooda spices veskovadu..as much as possible avoid green chilly and spices.. 30 years ago south Indian food used to be the best food for digestion..now since the time of bottled spices...preservatives and excess pesticides in green and red chilly made south Indians highest in intestine cancer.
