He passed away while getting treated at NIMS Hyderabad on 2nd Nov 2015. Director Vamshi gave him an opportunity in his film Avunu Valliddaru Ista Paddaru. After That he acted many Telugu Movies and got his own Identity in Tollywood.

Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao is aged 69 years and he was born in Kondavalasa Village of Srikakulam District in Andhra Pradesh on 10 th of August 1946. Kodavalasa was an actor in plays and director Vamsi introduced him to films with Avunu Valliddaru Ishtapaddaru.
