donganaaK Posted November 3, 2015 Report Posted November 3, 2015 exp*2 is norm in india now. but manchi skill set unte there are ppl who are commanding exp*4 also. you try bhaiyya you will know how the market here is , I'm paying 85k/month for a senior guy with 8 years of experience , he manages a team under him and even does programming , he does a whole lot of work single handedly ... also , u'll find plenty of experienced guys who are ready to work for the salary that you are willing to offer ( ofcourse given that u're not offering peanuts )
