i think TS looking for when it is cancelled or revoked i guess, in that case  wife can't work eventhough EAD expiry date future lo unna kooda since with that i140 she got EAD so it will be invalid.

bhayya paina one of my reply lo adhe cheppina kada this is true when old employer revokes or cancel i140 ani.

if your employer doesnt revoke your i-140, she can work till her ead expiration date. (expiration date will be your h1 expiry date).

 

after you change employer then you can re-apply for her ead with your existing i-140 and she will get her ead till your new h1 expiration date. (provided your i-140 is not revoked)
