I would first talk to the Client manager for letter. Usually client letter adagataniki Vendor permission emi akkarledu. 

Client flexible aithe, can you issue a letter with at least the following being included ani adugu:

1. Long term project with capability of extension

2. Prefer not to include the end date very soon

3. Job requires Master's Degree (if you have ) and strong background in a,b,c areas

 

After that ask the Vendor for a letter. Vendors usually kathalu padaru, but if they do involve your employer.
