sqladdict Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 If I remember it correctly, people who fought for H4-EAD did not go on yelling at USCIS officials in public but instead followed a procedure and dis it through proper channels. I remember that some years ago, there was a rule made that OPT was extended to like 29 months or something for graduates in STEM majors. Before that we used to get OPT EAD for 1 year only. So pharamcy/pharamacology was originally not included in STEM. One of my friend put together a forum, they discissed amongst each other, collected signatureals, and tgen it was my company lawyer who fought legally to get it included in STEM. Finally they got it approved. Although I dont belong to that field but I have seen how they have done it. Just because someone yelled at the officials does not make wrong right. If you lead me to get the rule approved in a proper professional way I will follow you but I am not that sheep who just follow anyone just because of all the adrenaline rush unless probably I am in the military or something. u seem like a first bench student...we are backbench students here...we got attitude..dude

I agree with you buddy....but people who are frustrated and don't know whats happening with GC backlogs will be yelling and you can't control them.America is also issuing n number of H1's and F1's and creating fake american dream. One thing I can tell America is great nation and if wont be in this position if I am not in america.

End of the day, we aren't a strong enough force to affect the votebank in the US and that's what matters most. Already mana laga oka 10 years back vacchi GCs and Citizenships vacchina desi gallu don't care about all this. Plus, immigration is a privilege not your right ani cheppi they will not pass any laws. EAD ravataiki expect minimum 5-6 years and almost 10-12 years to get your Green Cards if your I-140 date is after 2012. 2011 batch ayithe naku telisi 2020/2021 ki vasthadi EAD/GC whatever it is.Meeru chala practical ga matladadaru brother...nenu ede cheppdam anukunna. I dont want to degrade anybody or myself also.But long run lo this is what happens.
