Is there any rule that after getting F1 Visa we need to travel with in 5 months?

 

if we differ the semester, do we need to go for the stamping again?

Yes you have to travel before the orientation starts.

more than 4 months gap unte existing visa invalid avtundi - if the sem difference is less than 4 months existing  visa would still be valid - however he needs to get newer i 20
