I read through the details on Sulekha and i am highly interested in renting it. I work with the united nations development program, Edinburgh Scotland and i just got a transfer that is bringing me down to your state in the states.I am still single plus I do not smoke neither do i keep pets, so i am sure you would not have a problem with me. I have read through the details of the property location and I want to rent.I'm a simple person, I don't drink or smoke and I don't keep pets though being around them doesn't bother me, and I am vegetarian.I work for a conglomerate company Hinduja Group - London, UK and I'm getting transferred to Union City, CA for about a year.I was in the US two months ago for a seminar at the New York office where I applied at the DHS and did a medical checkup, I was cleared and my SSN is being processed.I arrive the states in a month, with me I will bring all documentation needed as proof to aid my stay. I have browsed through the details of your property and I want to rent it. I would be arriving with my wife, we just got married and don't have kids, not yet anyway. I do not smoke neither do I keep pets, a simple fellow really. I am currently in the employ of the United Nations Development Program (Department of Administrations, Whitehall, London SW1A 2NS) and I just got a transfer bringing me down to Bellevue, WA. My last visit to the US was 2 months ago for a preparatory seminar at the New York Head office. I applied at the DHS and also did a medical checkup, I cleared and my SSN is being processed.I will be in the states for a period between 2 and 4 years so I will be definitely renting for more than a year but it makes sense we start by signing a 6 months - 1 year lease. Naturally, I will prefer to pay for the lease period upfront, I travel a lot and will not like to miss monthly due dates. If this poses problems however, I am sure we can come to an understanding for monthly payments.I arrive the states in 2 weeks, with me I will bring my employment and transfer letters, this will serve as proof. I will really appreciate it if you can take the ad off further showing and hold the place for me till I get there.
