like lets say today APPLE is 120...and u predict it will go for 130 on Dec 1st..

 

so nuvvu APPLe share calls kontav say 100 calls for 130...investor will buy 100 shares for 120 on ur behalf..

 

in case december 1st roju 130 vellindanuko...vadi (120x100) vadu teseskoni...neeku (100x10) istadu...

 

in case vellakapote..neeku bokka...u have to buyin those calls unless u cancel them before hand..
