1) if Univ agrees to give admission on B-1 then go ahead and do it.. but remember. B-1 kada.. less than 1 yrs stay in that state, means out-of state resident ....full fees. not eligible for any work or assistantships

2) if 1st e apply chesthey... 1st sem pay full outof state fee, and  atleast 2nd sem lo ayina F-1 approve ayithey , can start working 20 hrs a week. or 40 hrs during summer , cpt etc 

3) usually chala H-4 students after doing 1-2 sems, they get in-state fee for that 1-2 sems... last sem lo CPT or OPT kosam COS apply chestharu....
