There is no acid test for such things.

Before writing down the advantages and disadvantages I would have being with either girls,I would first think that if this was not an arranged marraige whom would I like date better.

This is very important because it is a normal and good assumption that some time in the future, there will be differences in opinions, there will be arguments and fights, there is a chance that I might see someone has a hot wife or someone wife is smart, more successful in her career, and independent, etc. and I could insist on that my wife was like that. Trust me its the same case with her too. She sees someone better than me then she would show some indication that I be like that. It is a normal behavior.

Anyways, in that situation atleast we both will be happy that our wedding was our choice and it was our decision to go with chosing each other that we liked to be with atleast intentionally for the remainder of our life. So as long as our love overpowers our feelings we would ignore those feelings.

So my honest suggestion is, I would talk/skype a lot with the girl in India...meet a lot with the girl in U. S. because atleast I have the opportunity to talk 1:1

If they are really equal in everything and I really liked both girls and I really dont want to lose either girls then I would come back here to check on with folks on what other factors can I weigh in to making my decision which would be technically ditching the other girl.

But, hey dating is not a commitment so unless I say to the girl...I love you and cant lose you...it wont be considered as ditching or heart breaker. And in case one of the girl says that you then bingo, you have an answer and the girl ready for you.
